- One classroom: $25
- Two to five classrooms: $20/room
- Six or more classrooms: $15/room 

These rates are based on up to four hours of use. Additional time will be charged 10% of the initial facility fee, per additional hour.


Setup & cleaning fee: $25/hr.
A/V Support fee: $35/hr.

A 50% deposit is required for all events. When approved, you will be provided with an estimated usage fee.

Final fees will be invoiced approximately one week following the event. *

Facilities fees may be waived for Faith Bible Church ministry events and for events hosted by Faith Bible Church members. 

Fees for cleaning and audio/video support may still be charged.

Moving the furniture (couches, tables, chairs, etc.) off of the wood-floored area in the Foyer may only be done by Faith Bible Church cleaning staff and will incur a $75 fee.

Do you need audio/visual support? *

Audio, video, and lighting capabilities and availability varies depending on the requested rooms. Approval from Faith Bible Church media staff is required for A/V/L support for all events, and a Faith Bible Church media technician may be required for events in the Worship Center, Northside, and other rooms. If a media technician is required, there is a mandatory $35/hr. fee to be billed after the event. Some events may require multiple technicians and thus increased fees.
     
 
What audio/visual support do you need? *

Selection does not guarantee availability. Audio/video equipment and capabilities vary per room.

 
Will you need deacons at your event? *

Requests for deacons are subject to availability. Approval will be determined by Faith Bible Church staff.

If your event is approved, you will receive and email from our Facilities Coordinator. That notice will contain an estimate of total usage fees and the amount of the deposit (50% of the total fees). 

If the event is cancelled, we must receive notification at least one week in advance of the event start date.

Unfortunately your request cannot be processed. Use of the Faith Bible Church facilities requires payment of fees.
